Braintree Community WEIGHTLOSS Challenge

Registration week/week 1 30th April
Lots of new faces and some familiar, all ready to work and achieve great results over the next 12 weeks. Lets get ready for the summer 2013:-)
It's not just about losing weight, it's about re educating ourselves which I'm sure all participants will take on board. Week one we touched on the importance of water and its shocking how many people don't or drink little water. Really looking forward to seeing everyone's results on Tuesday, just by increasing your water intake will make such a difference and you will feel so much better as well. On average we lose 1.7litres a day just be breathing, perspiring general day to day usage of our body and this is why a minimum of 2 litres a day is recommended. We shall see what Tuesday brings......

Braintree Community WEIGHTLOSS Challenge

This coming Tuesday join for just £35!!!

Its our 4th weightloss challenge, open to everyone and anyone over the age of 18. Weekly weigh ins, measurements. each week we cover a diferent topic as were there to help you and teach you about weightloss, healthy eating, re educating ourselfves. It is mainly a female group, the last challenge we had 2 men join the group but mainly female. Also at the last group we had half hour pt after class as a group - xpect only charged us £3 - this is optional and we hope to bring it in again around week 3/4. As with any diet its getting the right amount of nutrition and exercise.
Group support. fun, group participation. Based on 25 people I can confirm prize fund will be £300 for the biggest loser. we wont take no more than 30 people per challenge. Its £39 for the full 12 weeks which basically covers the hire of room and any advertising which i do keep to a minimum, and the remainder goes into the prize fund - so its a non profit event.

Community weightloss challenge finished on a high :-)

I have thoroughly enjoyed running the Braintree community weightloss challenge, I am so proud of everyone as they have all done so well. 4 Aug 2012 - Jo M - Has just had the most amazing OMG moment.....ordered some size 14 jeans and they were too big, so ordered size 12, they came today and they only bl@@dy fit!!!! When I started Herbalife I was struggling to still fit in my size 14's but refused to buy the size 16's that if im honest I needed,now my size 14's are too big and I am in size 12...... cannot remember the last time I got in size 12 jeans, ok so they have a high stretch content but they are SKINNIES too ...... whoop whoop!!
