I have been using Herbalife since march 2012 and I am a pound away from losing 3 stone. I am 100% happier and healthier than before and LOVING IT. The easiest diet I have ever tried. Just the other day I walked past a shop window ad had to do a double take. Could not believe the reflection was mine lol :-) I have about another stone and a half to go and like I said Loving every minute of my journey and transformation. Awesome. Big Love to Herbalife xx

Over 7 months ago I made a decision, my decision was that I didn't want to be fat for my 30th Birthday and the rest of my life. Well today is my 30th Birthday and im happy to confirm I have achieved it, IVE LOST 5 STONE. Ive been working my bum off all week to lose the last 3lb of stubborn fat that would not shift and its gone. So for those of you struggling, stick with it, you will achieve your goals you just have to be patient and allow a bit of time
