I am amazed at how fast the Herbalife team in Essex is growing! In January this year there were only 22 of us. 7 months on in July and we now have a fantastic team of 67+ members and we are continuously expanding at an alarming rate. And this is a recession!!!!!

Over 7 months ago I made a decision, my decision was that I didn't want to be fat for my 30th Birthday and the rest of my life. Well today is my 30th Birthday and im happy to confirm I have achieved it, IVE LOST 5 STONE. Ive been working my bum off all week to lose the last 3lb of stubborn fat that would not shift and its gone. So for those of you struggling, stick with it, you will achieve your goals you just have to be patient and allow a bit of time

had health mot at gym, lost 5kg in 4 1/2 months and now have Bmi of 25.3 almost there.started this journey with a Bmi around 38 so cheers  Herbalife. i also scored 94 out 100 and this puts me in top 5% for health and fitness for my age.
